Just Updated
He managed to obliterate Cell with only one arm but with Frieza, it took until Goku arriving to be able to wipe him out. He ended up getting his heart, stopped and also badly tortured. In case it’s not clear, I’m referring to the battle with Frieza on Earth, not Namek.
I gave the manga a chance recently and the Bardock wish was just … 🤯 so stupid. Even though it’s not clear if it happens or not, why even create the uncertainty??
Also there’s the ‘don’t take it too seriously’ stance.. If they don’t want fans to take it too seriously then why should fans put money into this billion dollar franchise?

In the Android/Cell Saga, Goku during the 3-year timeskip went from being able to effortlessly stop SSJ Trunks' attacks to throwing hands with Android 19. Afterwards, with 1 year of training in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber he was able to almost kill a suppressed Perfect Cell. How does that make any sense? With 3 years of training he goes from being stronger than SSJ Trunks and makes not much progress at an Android 19/20 level but with 1 year of training, he powers up to a Perfect Cell level?

Would it be possible for Shenron to turn someone into a Saiyan, Half-Saiyan, Earthling, or any other species if they wished for it?

So this is my first ever animation, with a little reference to super saiyan transformation. Basically when men wax for the first time, they feel so mich pain and anger that they turn into a super saiyan.
And I know, by no means my animation is good😅💀. But I have to start somewhere to get better. This is my first time animating a character without reference..
I used synfig studio to make this, and later edited further in premiere Pro.
I hope you like it, and maybe I can find an animation expert here to teach me stuff.

Via the request, I will be making the simple argument on why Vegito vs Gogeta isn't a win for Vegito.
I will go through why Vegito's backing isn't strong and Gogeta's the better candidate to win in a fight.
Disclaimer: This is between hypothetical Current Vegito vs hypothetical Current Gogeta.
Argument #1 for Vegito: "But the Potara statements!"
Counter -
There are multiple statements for the Potara's being superior than the Metamoran Fusion.
These include
Elder Kai
Apparently Vegito himself
Guidebooks
I will break down why these arguments aren't the strongest.
Elder Kai states that the Potara earring are stronger than the Metamoran Fusion. And while Elder Kai seems most credible to discuss the subject of the earrings' strength, I'd find his statement to be subject to scrutiny.
1. He would naturally be biased to the earrings which are divine over some silly dance and therefore it would be easy to say the Potara is stronger. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying he's completely incompetent, but it's easy to make that mistake when comparing some of the greatest weapons in history to a dance that TikTokers can do.
2. More importantly, he actually isn't as knowledgeable as he seems. Elder Kai has tons of knowledge on how the Potara works on Gods. However his word isn't as reliable on humans using the earrings because he's never seen it before. We see this mistake first hand when he says the Potara Earrings last forever. This is disproven when Vegito is defused later in the same saga. "But it was due to unnatural circumstances." And? If I say "This species of animal is invincible and can't even die to a nuke hitting it", you'd call me a liar when it dies to poisoning. The clear intention of Elder Kai's statement is that under ZERO circumstances can this fusion be undone. It is then promptly undone.
Also the fusion runs out during Super. "But that was retconned." And so are the Potara statements y'all love to cling to 😭
"Vegito states that he is surprised by his own power when fusing therefore, it must be stronger than the fusion dance which he witnessed the power gain of first hand!"
😬
Yeah I know, outlandish argument. If I tell you "a punch from Mike Tyson really hurts" and you study the strength, technique, and everything down to a tee, do you really think you will somehow not be surprised by the power of Mike? No, you will 100% feel shocked from feeling a hit so different from any you've ever taken in your life. I don't know why I'm being forced to entertain this argument.
Argument 2 -
"Also the guidebook statements!"
NGL you got me when it comes to that because guidebooks are different, I don't have a direct counter against their validity. But I can explain why they don't necessarily prove Vegito is stronger.
Counter 2 - These statements are old, youngbull.
Let me give an example. Let's say back in 2012 I asked basketball fans, "Who is the best 3pt shooter of all time?"
There are lots of answers but most would respond with the answers of either Larry Bird, Reggie Miller, or Ray Allen.
Could I then use that same study to say that most fans think the current best 3 point shooter of all time is Larry Bird, Reggie Miller, or Ray Allen? No, because a lot of time has passed since then. Namely, back in 2012 a certain player named Stephen Curry was a sophomore and certainly hadn't accomplished enough to be in the argument.
But now he's the NBA all time 3pt leader, and holds the record for most 3 pointers in a season.
So why do we use guidebook statements that say Vegito was stronger than Gogeta and that Potara was better than the Dance from the 90's???
Those statements are old and should never apply without new evidence.
Argument 3: "But Rival Boost and the Synchronization factor should mean Vegito is stronger.
Counter 3 - This is not necessarily true. This argument makes one assumption which kills the claim. It assumes Metamoran and Potara have the same base multiplier. Which is never stated.
If Potara was (A + B) x 12 + 10 (rival boost) and Fusion Dance was (B x 2) x 15 where A = 2 and B = 1, the Potara would be stronger. (The math comes out to 46 vs 30). But if the numbers are like A = 9 and B = 8, 9 + 8 = 17 x 12 = 204 + 10 = 214 but 8 x 2 = 16 x 15 = 240. So the Fusion Dance could still be higher in situations where the base multiplier is higher (and we have no clue which one is true.)
So this might lead you to a smart question, "why is Gogeta stronger then?" I technically didn't prove Gogeta was stronger, just that Vegito wasn't necessarily stronger. And that's where Gogeta's trump comes in, his G.O.A.T. mentality.
Vegito in his fights has to not go for the kill, but instead fight the best possible solution. Which leads to believe he'd try to knock out Gogeta. But Gogeta isn't so kind. He'd kill on site, no questions asked. And the difference in mentality gives Gogeta a slight advantage but any advantage matters. A person fighting to kill (or win by any means necessary) is far more dangerous than someone who isn't necessarily looking for that as the first solution.
So that's all. While Vegito might match Gogeta physically, Gogeta's mindset is a winner's mindset, and for that reason, he wins.
